Tuesday, October 9, 2012 – Theater and Lobby of the
Opera House/5:00pm-6:30pm
Orientation event for new and
existing Volunteers to meet the staff and learn about the different departments
they have signed up for. There will be a
group meeting to discuss policies and procedures, followed by 15 minute
Mini-group sessions at the various departments.
Friday, October 19, 2012 – Opera House/5:00pm-7:00pm
Ushers for the Fall Season
meet to train for the upcoming season.
There will be a large group meeting to discuss the Usher Handbook,
followed by practical training involving seating, life-safety scenarios, and
customer service scenarios.
Thursday, January 31, 2013 – Opera House/5:00pm-7:30pm
